Funny Girls & Dynamic Divas is Sistering’s signature fundraising event and a highlight of the year. Featuring some of Canada’s top female comedians and musicians, this event is not-to-be missed.

In 2008, the Toronto Roller Derby League (ToRD) selected Sistering as their charity of choice for the roller derby season. At every league game for the season, ToRD and their supporters raised money and donations for Sistering.

Living in poverty is often a very isolating experience. Sistering hosts events for our participants year-round. These are cultural and holiday celebrations that honour the multicultural diversity of the women who come to Sistering. From Sistahbana to the December Holiday Party, Sistering helps to create a supportive, sharing community and breaks isolation for women.
