2023/2024

By the Numbers

  • 45,422 Participants visited our low barrier drop-in program (Bloor St. & Parkdale).

  • 11,875 Referrals made to external agencies to assist with housing, medical care, employment and other social services.

  • 339 Social programs & activities hosted to reduce social isolation & strengthen community integration.

  • 131,122 Meals Served to alleviate food insecurity. 

  • 1,323 physician appointments and 726 psychiatrist appointments at our on-site medical clinic to improve health equity.

  • 26,594 Harm Reduction Kits and 5,168 Noloxone Kits distributed to reduce illness, injury and substance use-related fatalities.

  • 82 Clients supported daily in the community through case management and housing supports.

  • 250 Spanish-speaking participants, 130 Arabic-speaking participants and 433 Refugee group participants gathered to support one another through challenges.
