Socks and underwear are two of the most frequently requested items by Sistering participants. Having clean, properly fitting socks and underwear can significantly improve a person’s comfort and sense of dignity. While items like coats, shirts, and pants are commonly donated, socks and underwear are often overlooked. This creates a scarcity of these critical items in shelters and for outreach programs.
